Come join our team! **Job Summary:** As an MRI Tech, you will operates Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment safely and accurately to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis. Your day-to-day work will also include: + Preparing and positioning patients correctly and effectively + Recording the requested diagnostic images + Sending results to physician for evaluation and diagnosis + Adhering to strict safety, regulatory, licensing and department standards and protocols + Applying knowledge of aseptic technique; maintaining quality control for all imaging equipment; and maintaining knowledge of physics, anatomy, techniques and medical terminology through participating in continuing education, seminars, meetings and in-services + Maintaining records and logs + Performing incidental general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, maintaining records and ordering supplies + Adhering to CHI Franciscan Health's Core Values of Reverence, Integrity, Compassion and Excellence **Qualifications** **Education/Experience:** + Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology **License/Certification** : + American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) certification + State of Washington Certification as a Radiological Technologist + ARRT MRI Certification is preferred + Current healthcare provider Basic Life Support (CPR) certification **Job** Radiology/Imaging **Primary Location** WASHINGTON-ENUMCLAW-ST.
